I adored the animation team, they were so friendly. the restaurant service felt first class, the food and drinks wonderful. the reception staff helped me with all my needs and were excellent. I felt so cared for.

the facilities are showing their age and could use a refresh. it is something i noticed and it were nice.

The all-inclusive deal included a wide variety of drinks all day. there was plenty of food at meal times. The service was wonderful. snacks were also available throughout the day.

The pool was very accessible with graduated sides. It was well maintained. i participated in water-based aqua aerobics. there was a fitness center for workouts.

the staff lacked friendliness particularly at the pool bar. some front desk staff were helpful others not. this inconsistency affected the overall experience i had.
